Home owners association dues ($85.00) are billed annually, normally during the middle of January, and are due by March 1. Statements are mailed to each home owner and are expected to be paid in a timely manner. If you have questions about your HOA dues, or if you are not receiving a mailed statement, please contact the Mill Creek South HOA treasurer, Jim Muehlberg, at 293-3576, or Scott Walk, president of the Mill Creek South HOA, at 977-8827.
